Sticky Toffee Pudding

Rich with treacle and studded with juicy pear, this is one of the great sticky toffee puddings and set to become a Friese classic

INGREDIENTS & ALLERGENS

Dried Dates (16.4%) [SULPHITES], Unsalted Butter (12.3%) [MILK], Flour (12.3%) [WHEAT], EGGS (8.2%), Muscovado Sugar (12.3%), Baking Powder, Bicarbonate of Soda, Water, Poached Pear (18%) [Contains Pears, Water, Sugar, Cinnamon, Juniper Berries, Lemon Zest, Star Anise, Bay Leaf, Cloves], Double Cream [MILK], Dark Brown Soft Sugar, Black Treacle

 COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

COOK FROM FROZEN
Pre-heat oven to 180 ºC. Remove outer sleeve and pierce film lid. Place container on a baking tray and cook at the centre of the oven for 20-25 minutes. Check product is piping hot in the centre before serving.

Keep frozen (-18ºC) - once defrosted do not re-freeze.
