Potato Rosti

Classic Swiss grated potato cakes with the addition of red onion and sweet potato adding subtle sweetness and texture.

INGREDIENTS & ALLERGENS

Potatoes (59.5%), Sweet potatoes (18%), Red onions (16%), Clarified Butter [MILK], Rapeseed oil, Salt, Black Pepper

 COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

COOK FROM FROZEN

Pre-heat oven to 180 ºC. Remove outer sleeve and film lid. Remove rosti's from tray and place flat on a baking tray. Cook at the centre of the oven for 15-20 minutes. Check it is piping hot throughout before serving.

 STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Keep frozen (-18ºC) - once defrosted do not re-freeze.
