This went down a storm when we had some friends over

A spicy comforter, alive with the aromatic flavours of green chilli, ginger, kaffir lime and sweet basil combined with the subtle sweetness of coconut milk and finished with bamboo shoots, peppers and coriander.

 COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

COOK FROM FROZEN

Best Cooked in the Oven

Pre-heat oven to 200 ºC. Remove outer sleeve and pierce film lid. Place container on a baking tray and cook at centre of the oven for 30-35 minutes.

Stir thoroughly and check it is piping hot throughout before serving.

Microwave (single/double portion)
Remove sleeve, pierce lid, cook on full power for (3/4) minutes stir thoroughly, recover and cooked for a further (2/3) minutes.

Tip: a squeeze of fresh lime before serving will add a zesty flavour.

Keep frozen (-18ºC) - once defrosted do not re-freeze.
