Truffled Cauliflower Gratin

The perfect warming side dish of cauliflower in a rich, truffle and cheddar sauce.

INGREDIENTS & ALLERGENS

 COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

COOK FROM FROZEN

Pre-heat oven to 200 ºC. Remove outer sleeve and pierce film lid. Place container on a baking tray and cook at the centre of the oven for 15 minutes before removing film lid and cooking for a further 10-15 minutes.

Check it is hot throughout before serving.

Keep frozen (-18ºC) - once defrosted do not re-freeze.
