Can taste the truffle!

So often with dishes containing truffle the flavour is lost but it really comes through in this. Was a great option for the vegetarians whilst the meat eaters had the cottage pie

Strips of celeriac layered with truffled mushrooms, tarragon, leeks and vegan cream cheese, topped with wild mushroom and tarragon dust.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

COOK FROM FROZEN

Pre-heat oven to 200 ºC. Remove outer sleeve and film lid. Place container on a baking tray and cook at the centre of the oven for 25-30 minutes. Check it is hot throughout before serving.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Keep frozen (-18ºC) - once defrosted do not re-freeze.
